Jim has an international client base that includes businesses of all sizes, spanning a wide range of industries. Jim helps clients identify, protect, and commercialize their intellectual property assets. Having a particular expertise in regards to trademark law, Jim heads one of the region's most active trademark practices and regularly assists clients with clearing and protecting their brands throughout the world.
A shareholder at Bernstein Shur, Jim is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology, and Business Law Practice Groups.
