Driving Directions

From the South

  1. Follow Interstate 95 (The Maine Turnpike) North to Portland.
  2. Exit I-95 at Exit 44 (Interstate 295).
  3. Follow I-295 North into Portland.
  4. Exit I-295 at Exit 7 (Franklin Arterial).
  5. Follow Franklin Arterial through four traffic lights.
  6. At the fifth traffic light, turn right onto Middle Street.
  7. Bernstein Shur is in the first building on your left (100 Middle Street), across from the Police Department.  The firm's reception area is located on the sixth floor in the West Tower.
  8. If you have reserved parking in advance, proceed to the far end of the building (beside the open parking lot); there is a gated entrance way to the parking lot at 100 Middle Street.
  9. Enter the code on the keypad (you will have obtained the code when the parking space was reserved).  Drive straight ahead, turn left at the retaining wall, and park in one of the marked Bernstein Shur parking spaces on your right.

From the North

  1. Follow Interstate 95 (The Maine Turnpike) South.
  2. Exit I-95 in Gardiner to Interstate 295 South.
  3. Follow I-295 South into Portland.
  4. Exit I-295 at Exit 7 (Franklin Arterial).

  1. Follow 101 West (do not take the I-93 exchange).  Pass the airport exit at Brown Avenue in Manchester and continue west over the Merrimack River.
  2. Bear right onto I-293 North.
  3. Exit I-293 at Exit 5 (Granite Street). Turn right at bottom of ramp and turn left at first traffic light onto Commercial Street.
  4. 670 North Commercial Street is 0.8 miles north on Commercial on the left.

From the South

  1. Follow I-293 North.
  2. Exit I-293 at Exit 5 (Granite Street). Turn right at bottom of ramp and turn left at first traffic light onto Commercial Street.
  3. 670 North Commercial Street is 0.8 miles north on Commercial on the left.

From the North

  1. Follow I-293 South (bear left after toll booth).
  2. Exit I-293 at Exit 6 (Amoskeag Bridge). Turn right after exit and follow back over the highway continuously bearing right. Continue to bear right around the hotel. Go straight through traffic light and then bear right again onto Canal Street.
  3. Turn right at first traffic light onto Commercial Street and cross railroad tracks. Bernstein Shur's offices are in the second mill building on the right (670 North Commercial Street).

  3. Proceed on Western Avenue (Best Western/Senator Inn is on your right).
  4. Stay on Western Avenue until the third traffic light at the Augusta Armory (Burger King is just ahead on your right).
  5. At traffic light, turn right onto Armory Street, which becomes Capitol Street (street bears to left).
  6. Bernstein Shur's office is located on the right side of the road (146 Capitol Street), at the end of a long gray building complex just before the Verizon Maintenance Building.

From the North

  1. Follow Interstate 95 to Augusta.
